Information I collect

I only collect information you choose to share with me. That includes:

• Contact information you provide when you text or call me, including your name, phone number, and any details you share about your situation.
• Information from our conversations — your questions, concerns, current coverage, and preferences relevant to your Medicare options.
• In-person meeting notes — if we meet, I keep brief notes to remember what we discussed and follow up appropriately.

I do not collect information through the website itself. There are no logins, no email capture forms, and no tracking pixels for advertising.

How I use your information

I use the information you share with me only to:

• Answer your Medicare questions and discuss your options
• Follow up with you if you've asked me to
• Help you compare and enroll in plans if you decide to move forward
• Comply with applicable insurance and consumer protection laws

I will never:

• Sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes
• Add you to mass mailing or robocall lists
• Provide your information to anyone other than the insurance carrier you choose to enroll with, and only with your explicit consent

Text messaging

If you text an opt-in keyword to my SMS program at (863) 201-8048, or scan a QR code that pre-fills that message, you consent to receive appointment reminders, event notifications, and follow-up messages from me at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your requests and scheduled appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to end further messages, or HELP for assistance. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How I protect your information

I store any notes or records on devices and systems protected by passwords and encryption. Physical paperwork is kept in a locked location. I follow applicable industry standards for safeguarding personal information.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time:

• What information I have about you
• To correct or delete it
• To stop contacting you (just text STOP or tell me directly)

I'll honor that request promptly.

Insurance enrollments

If you enroll in a Medicare plan through me, the insurance carrier you choose will have their own privacy policy that governs how they handle your information. I'll point you to it before enrollment.

Changes to this policy

If I update this policy, the new version will be posted here with a revised "Effective Date." Material changes will be communicated to anyone I'm actively working with.
